It is our wish to ship all orders in compliance with your instructions; therefore, please give us a complete and accurate description of each item with catalog number, size, and where shipment is to be made.

Prices will be quoted promptly at your request. Quotations are for acceptance within 30 days unless otherwise stated..

Responsibility

Our responsibility must be limited to the value of any Defective material. All specifications and engineering information pertaining to strength, working load, etc., is derived from manufacturers published literature.

Terms, Return Goods & Cancellations

All orders are subject to approval by our Credit department. Terms are net 30 days. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.

Please receive our permission before returning any material for credit or replacement. Material returns, other than those caused by an error on our part, will be subject to a restocking charge. Special, or non-stock items can not be returned. Cancellations should not be made prior to receiving permission from us. Special or non-stock items will be canceled on the basis of manufacturers terms at time of cancellation.
